Finance
We provide financial advice to estranged students via our Student Support Centre in relation to applying for funding and evidencing estrangement status. We offer a range of bursaries including the Foyer/Supported Housing Bursary, the University of Lincoln Financial Assistance Fund (ULFAF) for both term time and summer periods.
Accommodation
We provide access to accommodation 365 days a year / 52 weeks a year if required. Requirements for guarantors are waived where possible.
Mental Health
We have a well-established Student Wellbeing service offering mental health support and counselling. We also provide access to the Big White Wall’s 24/7 online service. We have a point of contact for estranged students through the Student Wellbeing Centre.
Outreach
We aim to ask students at enrolment if they wish to self-identify. This will enable staff to tailor support to the needs of individual students. We aim to communicate our support through webpages, emails, social media and at Open Days and pre-application events.
